• Ordering
  When you place an order with us, we will process it immediately. We do not charge your credit card untill we ship your order.
• Shipping
  We ship your order as soon as possible. Unles you have prearranged shipping with us in advance, we will choose the carrier best suited to your order quantity and destination.
• Tracking your order
  You can track the progress of your order by logging in to "Access Your Account" and follow the "Order Status and History" link. There you will find tracking numbers for the shipper, if available.
• If your order is wrong
  Call, fax or email us immediately! We must receive notice of any problems regarding your shipment within 72 hours of receipt, or we will assume no liability for any losses.
